The product has a great composition. It really treats your cracked lips with its formula. It takes care of my lips however the antique bronze colour just didn't work out for me. Still I use it as my overnight treatment. But never wear it out of my place. So the product is not too good but not too bad either!
Pros: Light-weight formula. Gives a lovely wash of sheer colour. Adds a dash of glamour. Can be used over your favourite lipstick. Even though streaks while application it evens out in a few moments. Keeps lips moiturised for about 8 hrs through lots of talking eating and drinking! Cons: Colour cannot be built more than a shade or two. Colour fades in a few hours. A bit expensive.
I received the gloss in the shade 'Sunrise Sunset' in my previous Fab Bag. Lovely colour and fragrance. Can be worn alone or layered over a complimentary lip colour. The consistency is perfect - not too runny like some glosses. It has to be reapplied every 1-2 hours depending on how often or how carefully one eats drinks etc. My only problem with this product is the whitish cast it leaves on the lips once it dries out. The residue has to be removed for proper reapplication.
I've received the Sunrise-Sunset color in my January Fab Bag. The color is pretty nice and pigmented with slight shine to it which is not overboard and is quite wearable. Staying power is average for about 2-3 hrs if not eaten anything. Good thing is that it doesn't transfer and stays on. Only flaw I found is that it leaves a white cast on the inner side of lips after some time if you eat or drink anything. Overall nice product given the price and quantity. :)
I received my Sally Hansen Diamond Lip Treatment gloss in the shade antique bronze in my last Fab Bag .It was the first time that I had tried a much hyped brand and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that all the hype was well deserved. It was a shade which complimented my wheatish complexion and slightly pigmented lips beautifully and also it did not feel stretchy or gluey. The lips felt so soft. I feel that this is a great series to try out for Valentine's day. The only hitch - the name was not quite befitting because the shade was more of a mauve colour rather than bronze .
When I saw this in my bag I thought I would honestly recycle it. But the pack with the pretty diamond embedded the Sally Hansen brand name and the gorgeous burnt orange colour of Sunrise Sunset refused to let me part with it. With the Indian wedding season still in progress I thought it would be perfect to jazz up a wedding look. I tried it on with just lip balm under and it was the perfect compliment to my bright blue eye make up. It was less sticky than other lip glosses in the same format. Definitely lasted for a very very long time. (I also apply it to work and it lasts for almost half a day) Love the colour. Just about right. The only concern I have is that I still feel it suits the purpose of a lip gloss more than a treatment and maybe time will tell how effect it has been in improving lip texture! Overall a great product and definitely worth the cost.
As you know Diamonds are Girl?s best friend whether they come on top of your ring or they come in this stick as a fake diamond on top of Sally Hansen?s Diamond Lip Treatment Lip gloss. So let's tell you a little about how is this product. It goes on nicely as the gloss is creamy and not overly thick which gives a coloured shine to your lips. The applicator is a brush tip applicator which I like in all the lip glosses because it helps in evenly spreading of gloss on the lips. It is not however too shimmery like other glosses. It goes on smoothly and is moisturizing too. I can't really say how long the moisturizing effects lasted. I like the product pretty much but I would prefer slightly more pigmented and less shimmery gloss.
All good things come in better packages and that's the case with this lip gloss too. I love the application brush and the texture of the product. It's neither too runny nor very thick. It adds a glossy shimmer to your lips which is perfect for a night out. It's also decently moisturising but you might want to carry it along with you in your bag as the staying power is just about an hour.
I received this Diamond Lip Treatment in the shade Pink Promise in the January FAB Bag and haven't used any other gloss since then! It really works for me specially during the harsh winter. This shade has no pigment after application. It's more like a clear gloss. Thank you for this awesome product FAB BAG!
I received this in my Fab Bag last month. I don't usually wear lip gloss. I am happy with a coat of lip stick for dressy days or lip balm for every day wear. I really liked quite a few products of Sally Hansen and so I decided to give it a try. I really don't know whether it conditions or moisturises the lips because I always have a layer of my lip balm. But it does have a lovely glossy shine. And it stays for a lot longer than I expected. Oh yeah a general tip for those planning to try this product. Lip glosses are generally sticky - and if your day looks like it may have some "Dust and Road" involved please dont wear it. You'll end up with dusty lips instead! :)
Received the Diamond Lip Treatment Pink Promise. Loved the high shine it has. I apply it daily pops my face and then just dab lipstick for a hint of color. It also has an easy to use brush so it makes it easy to apply & control the amount to be applied.
Its a good lip-gloss nothing special. It may last up to 12 hours but only if you stay absolutely still. Like all other glosses it lasts about 2 hours in routine. But the colors are nice and the shine isn't excessively heavy - just about right. It gives an instant shine which looks great! The gloss is rather thick and heavy so it doesn't come off that fast. Overall a good product. Rating - 7/10
Moistuzing & shimmering. That's how you describe the Diamond Lip Treatment Gloss. I received it in my January Fab Bag & I loved it at first sight. Extremely smooth & gives that glazing wet & shimmering look to the lips. I received the nude shade which goes perfectly on an usual day with a single dab on the lips. Best part is that it never lets your lips dry & stays for a long time. Go for it ladies. It's shine & shimmer time!
I got the shade 'Brilliant blush' in my Fab bag. The colour was so tempting when I saw it and I tried it immediately. However the colour coverage is not that much so it needs a base color to show off. Definitely moisturising and stays long time than normal gloss . The brush applicator does is job decently
Hi I received this gloss on my January Fab Bag. At first I thought because of my pigmented lips this gloss wouldn't look good. But I was wrong. I wore it over a lip balm and it did look good. Even my pigmented lips looked fun and classy. It looked a earthly pink almost a nude brownish pink. But don't wear it bare use lip balm or something. And it works well over lipstick or lip crayon.
This was my first nude lip gloss by Sally Hansen in the shade antique bronze. This is a very nude color matching to my lip color very smooth texture. The thing I loved about this gloss is that it has very nice smell of coconut. I remember a chocolate we used to eat in childhood of same flavour. Feel like eating it up...
It is a light coral gloss in color with little shimmer. It has a good staying power. Sheen shine remains even after meals. Create a lasting and perfect classy look. Brings the best out of it when applied with a light shade lipstick. Till date this is my favourite gloss.
Completely love this product! It smoothens out your lips instantly and adds a boost of moisture to your lips giving you a pout like most of the Hollywood actresses sport! I also love that you can layer this on top of your favourite lipstick and it still looks amazing!
