March 2020 Reward Points:

  1. 1 Reward Point = INR 1.
  2. An E-coupon equivalent to the reward amount will be sent to the registered Email ID. TAT - For Pre-Paid Orders: after the order has been delivered. For COD Orders: 15th of the next month.
  3. In case of order cancellation, E-coupon will be invalid.
  4. E-coupon will be valid only on the registered email ID. One E-coupon can only be redeemed once unless otherwise specified.
  5. E-coupon will be valid for a period of 60 days post the end of your subscription month. Reward Points shall expire after the stated time and the subscriber shall not be entitled to redeem any of such lapsed Points.
  6. E-coupons are non-transferable, non-negotiable, nonredeemable by cash and cannot be gifted, awarded or rewarded to any other person than the Subscriber.
  7. The Reward Program may be modified at the sole discretion of FAB BAG from time to time without intimation to the Subscriber.
  8. Max Redemption – 500 Points (on orders placed between 1st - 20th March 2020) on each purchase. Redeemable on entire cart value.
  9. Reward points can be redeemed on only on subscription plans.
  10. Reward Points cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
  11. If the redemption order delivered to the subscriber is damaged, or defective, or is different from what was ordered, product can be returned as per the return policy. In case of refunds, the Reward Points consumed for that specific order would be reversed back by issuing another E-coupon.
  12. Deduction in case of cancellation: Please note that if you availed Reward Points during the purchase (ex. 100 rewards points or 500 reward points) and want to cancel your subscription midway then the points will be divided by the subscription term and deducted on pro-rata basis from the total refund.

Monthly FAB BAG Beauty & Grooming Subscriptions

  1. For Products Damaged in Transit: Before each FAB BAG is shipped, we do several levels of rigorous quality checks to eliminate the chances of a damaged product being shipped. In the rare event that a product from your monthly FAB BAG is accidentally damaged in transit, we will happily replace it with another piece of the same. Please note that the issue has to be communicated to us within 48 hours of delivery of your FAB BAG via an email to with a picture of the damaged product. We require this to source a replacement from our brand partners that we then ship out to you.
  2. Address Change Requests Ongoing Subscriptions: We accept address changes for a month's FAB BAG before 25th of the previous month. For timely shipping and operational reasons, we will not be able to accept any address changes after this date as your bag would have already been processed. If you are unlikely to be available at the address on record, you can drop in a request for us to hold your shipment and ship it out with the next month's delivery. In case your order has left our warehouse reshipping service charge of INR 100 will be applicable for address change after the timeline specified.
  3. New Subscriptions: Address changes for new subscription should be updated via email within 48 hours of the order placed. Please send us an email to with the details of your new address for us to make the change.
  4. Shipment Hold Request Ongoing Subscriptions:
  • Ongoing subscriptions - We accept requests to hold a shipment and dispatch it after a specific date only if they are communicated to us before the 25th of the previous month.
  • New Subscriptions - Order Hold Requests for new subscription should be updated via email within 48 hours of placing the order. Please send us an email to with details of your request. For timely shipping and operational reasons, we are unable to accept shipment hold requests after the 25th of each month.
  • Returned Bags: For prepaid orders that are returned to us due to the inability of the member to accept the parcel (member unavailable, out of the station, incomplete address, member shifted, etc.) we will reship the bag with the next month's bag. All Cash On Delivery (COD) orders that are returned to us are reshipped only after the payment for the same is made online.
  • Product Missing: In case you do not receive any product in your bag please mail us at within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We will ship the missing product to you at our earliest.
  • Undelivered Shipment: In case you do not receive your subscription bag please mail us at before 10th of the next month so that we can check with our courier partner and investigate the same. We will resolve your query at the earliest.
